I'm sure we'll hear some people say it's better in person. But from the video I still would stick with the stock exhaust and just get the valve control.
That video makes me cringe when the revs climb. The car sounds so "sick" and no I don't mean that in a good way, it literally sounds sick when it's revving hard. |

I like it, but my M3 is already on the way. Will probably just do the exhaust valve mod and call it a day... If I want to change the exhaust, I'll do it later and go all out haha

Major misinformation in this video .
Akrapovic had nothing to do with the development of the MPE on the F8X. IIRC, Akrapovic supplies the MPE on the F1X M5/6, but is not the case on the F8X M3/4.

You must be talking about the rasp then. If it is the case, then yes, it does rasp. Just like the E46 and real E36 did

Anyone have pricing info? And can BMW install this after the car comes?
Right now, still planning on just doing the valve mod for now. But the exhaust does sound really nice...
