New 2016-2 Europe premium maps available now. I'm able to get FSC activation code to any vin.

You might not need a software update first. Mines a 09 and was fine

It doesn't matter if is late 2008 up to early 2010. If car never been updated, 7 digits postcode on CIC may not works properly or even not able to update maps via USB.
