Near you..try Russell bmw. Drive down a bit further to Tischer bmw. Their service is the tops. They both require appointments, but they are quick to schedule.

Russel will be your best bet; they're bigger than Tischer and you can sometimes just walk in. They recently moved into a new facility, so they have a lot more room than before. Tischer is great too, but you definitely have to schedule an appointment with them.
If all you need is an oil/filter change, why not DIY? only takes 30 mins

Try Passport
Passport has drive-in, same-day service for any service that requires less than 1.5 hours of work. No hassles.

+ 1 for bad experiences at Tate
I bought my car from Passport and had a great experience. I haven't been there for service yet but instead took my car to Tischer. The service advisor I had was nice but didn't seem too knowledgeable about my concerns. |
