Near you..try Russell bmw. Drive down a bit further to Tischer bmw. Their service is the tops. They both require appointments, but they are quick to schedule.

Try Tischer BMW in the Silver Springs Auto Park on Rt 29.

Russel will be your best bet; they're bigger than Tischer and you can sometimes just walk in. They recently moved into a new facility, so they have a lot more room than before. Tischer is great too, but you definitely have to schedule an appointment with them.

If all you need is an oil/filter change, why not DIY? only takes 30 mins

cabin filter or brake fluid? I used Russell back in 2002 they were pretty bad. Did they get better. They did me a favor and washed my clean car and used acid on the wheels for the break dust. Anyone like Towson BMW?

Russel has treated my well over the years. Like I said above, they've opened a new, BIGGER facility and they get people in and out pretty quickly, especially for things like an oil change.

Passport has drive-in, same-day service for any service that requires less than 1.5 hours of work. No hassles.

I bought my car from Passport and had a great experience. I haven't been there for service yet but instead took my car to Tischer. The service advisor I had was nice but didn't seem too knowledgeable about my concerns.

How is Towson BMW. They don't require an app.

Beware of Russel BMW. I am not too fond of them. It may be out of your way but try BMW of Bel Air. I've been taking my car to BMW of Towson (same owner as BMW of Bel Air) and they are O.K. The car detail/valet guys have put some dents in my aluminum trim on the door by releasing the seatbelt too early. I am going to try BMW of Bel Air. I heard good things about them from a friend who has a 745il.
