I have seen may posts from you over the years, I have two opinion questions for you on a daily driver, no right answer but seeking advice:

Background: Michigan Driver, sold my xDrive F30 due to poor handling and bought a RWD 335i M-Sport Auto with winter wheels.
I have come across a deal on the outgoing F30, a 2018 ZHP (this is the limited edition RWD model that adds the MPPSK, LSD and several other carbon fiber items as a $6995 option):

$62790 MSRP
$55000 sale price
$5250 rebates
$49750 cap cost
$1200 down
$4200 MSD 7 MSD to bring the MF to .00173
$5400 due at signing
$571 monthly payment on 15K annual miles lease

This is advertised as the last 6-speed 3 series. Since this is the last of the F30, the new 340i is going to be similar MSRP as this model and easily $150 month higher in lease payment.

Second question:
I have driven the ZHP, the steering is improved over the 2014 model but I could get a low mileage used 2016 M4 with the same down payment and be at $650 month, would you do this instead?

Presently drive a 2014 335i RWD with MPPK and MPE, my commute is outskirts of suburbs, very little rush hour traffic, roads are not as bad as many urban areas.
