Read & perform this at your own risk...If its just the lip of the wheel that is bent (& it is not actually out of round) you could always give the lip a good whack with a "no-bounce" hammer.
How much are the reps? I'm guessing that you're looking at 125-250/wheel to pull the rim & polish. Am I wrong? What kind of quotes have you been getting?
