Thanks for sharing. It has been long establish that halogen corona rings are not able to carry any more light than 10-20W. That is what I found from research when I had LCI headlights.
Also, there are many companies which exaggerate their ratings of LEDs.
I am sure that this will help others to avoid wasting their money. In your case, can you return those to get full refund?
