Different regions = different pricing.
With that said, I negotiated my 335i coupe for 2,070 below MSRP ( or 1,800 above invoice). You can get a better deal than that but I thought it was a fair profit for the dealer. I ordered my coupe and I still don't think dealers will budge much off MSRP on cars they sell directly off the lot.
