I've heard of a number of people getting exactly what they were offered.
Some people are just unrealistic on the condition of their car.
There isn't just WBAC offering a car buying service. There is lots of other companies and even dealers buying cars. Doesn't Evans Halshaw say they'll beat any WBAC car?
