Interesting response from BMW. Where is their published 'list of acceptable working parameters' then?
This sort of thing puts me right off. I have had enough of German car companies and their treatment of customers recently.
Also, who owns the car you or a finance company?
If you bought it, your contract is with the retailer (dealer) not the manufacturer.
