Yes its perfectly safe at these levels as its what we have been running on M135i/M235i's. Yes stage 1 is for an otherwise stock car but the addition of a downpipe and intercooler would help release more power and make the car more consistent in delivering the power time after time.
So far we think this is the most that can come from the stock set up.
