Really? I'm on stock (M sport) suspension too and I can't say I've ever noticed the bumper catching on anything.
Although if that was the case then I guess that's an argument for the OEM perf splitter - unless I'm mistaken I don't think it is actually any lower to the ground than the existing corner flaps on the M sport bumper.
