I had the OEM Performance twin exhaust on my 20d and it looked great. Made virtually no difference to the sound though, but I wouldn't expect it to.
I agree with those saying avoid the dual exhaust, of course it's entirely subjective but IMO a four cylinder diesel just can't pull this off... even though the G30 520d attempts to!
