I have a Fabspeed catted downpipe on my N55 M2, and it passed emissions in Oregon with no problems. It picked up 37 hp at the dyno, when paired with my Dinan intake. And the car was MUCH more responsive.
Plus, it also sounds fabulous.
Get one!!! It's the best money you can spend on an M2.
