I am sure it has something to do with the car settings and would value anyones help to try and improve these speeds.

Yeah the car is terrible and coldgating on cold weather.
I had the other day only 22kwh at 10% with 3 Degrees C.
It took at least 15min until it picked up gradually upto 75kwh and then it kicked to 140 and 150. At least you need half hour extra charge.
