On my E46, inside driver's door (in psi) recommends: 42 rear and 34 front. I check pressures one a month and sometimes they have dropped by 1psi, other times no drop. Wear is even across all the tyres and still have a lot of depth left with 13,000 miles on them. My driving is mostly a mixture of A and fast B roads (twisties
to have fun) with a little town driving.
