FYI to Everyone with a new 2022 M240i... I came across a problem today with my 2022 M240i audio system. I started the car after lunch and the audio system didn't function, no radio stations, no phone... silence. All other dashboard functions seemed unaffected. Shutting down the car and restarting wasn't successful, I did that several times. I called my BMW dealership and spoke to a service advisor. He said to re-boot the system which should solve the problem. So, as he instructed... after starting the car I pressed and held my finger on the dashboard audio volume button until the system went blank and shut down, and then I kept my finger on the button until the system booted back up. Then I removed my finger from the button, a few seconds later, the system came back to life, as good as new. I just wanted to share this fix with anyone who might run into this issue with their new M240i... Regards to all.
