Sorry, I wasn't even trying to go there, but I saw that interior photo of the orange touring with the stick and the third pedal and I simply had fond flashback to the old days.
MT can't complete with modern AT for performance, but there's a certain connection with the car that I used to get with a MT that I miss from time to time.
If Internet car forums were around back when they first put starter motors in cars, there would have been guys talking about how they preferred going to the front of the car and turning the crank.
