If you're lucky the Sirius antennas are there and they just swapped out the RAM for a euro-spec one that doesn't have HD Radio and Sirius tuners. Then you just have to replace that complex and expensive computer module, reprogram the new RAM so it actually works, and reprogram your MGU to activate SiriusXM.
It's not technically impossible but it's really not worth the hassle, just use your phone.
If they didn't put the antennas in then it's actually impossible.
