I do too. As cars become more bloated, it allows you to spec what makes sense and get back to driving vs being an occupant in a vehicle. If you want the true essence of the car, it still comes with the core pieces you need. The rest is optional, people making fun of poverty specs are just jealous. With that said, Porsche makes it difficult to not add options though. They know what they’re doing.
