Now another concerning point they stated is the repair rep is recommending against the turbos replacement and is only recommending oil line flush. Kind of bummed out they are saying this. Can someone explain what can go wrong by not replacing the turbos and why?

What is the price of turbo replacement. The car is new and the motor will essentially be new as well. Recommend you insist on a full inspection to see if there is particulate in and around the turbo's. Including that could push this into total loss regime and new car ordered possibly.
If you want to keep this car post repair, insist on turbo replacement for piece of mind. Failed turbo is covered by warranty after engine is replaced??? Get any agreement in writing as well. Start a register of all calls about this car and date/times of them and names.
