I've read about half this thread and it's concerning for sure....An M2 is/was on the list for a possible eventual replacement for my beloved Z4 when the time is right.
But a question (might have already been asked), what is the warranty on the new motor/turbos/etc from BMW? The car came with 4/50 obviously, but some manufacturers only warranty replacement parts for 12 months. That would obviously SUCK in this case to have a 'new car' with only 12 mon warranty on some of the major parts.
