So, I’ve owned a 23’ and a 24’ M3 (sold both and both were manuals).

Last summer I went on the Mont Tremblant track with M2’s and M4’s (auto) and I have to say that I’m going to be ordering an M2 once the order bank comes out for the 25’ in July.

The M2 is just more fun and more maneuverable than the M3 which feels long and big. Yes the M3/M4 have more options especially for the interior but my personal experience was that the M2 was so much more fun to drive even in auto over the M3’s I’ve owned. The M3 just didn’t feel so sporty enough and I drove in SP+ all the time and personally I still never felt that this car was that special a car.

There’s just something about that M2 that the bigger M3/M4 don’t have for my taste but in the end, you should always go with your gut since everyone is different and have different priorities.
