I’m going by BMWs figures, the same company that is indicating 473bhp for the 2025 model. They also control coding of the ECU boost control that limits the torque plateau by curtailing boost.
IND and others have done dyno testing in the past that qualitatively show that the M2 and M3/4 torque curves match up to the boost curtailment point for the S58 473bhp and 453bhp engines, even if the values are understated by BMW.
You do understand how BMW derives the quoted power figures from their torque figures, don’t you?
