Reporting back. I tried to clean the yellow off and it won't come off. Started the car and let it run for a bit but no liquid is leaking. Car is not over heating. Is there a way to check the oil cooler liquid level? A friend said that those look like factory markers as well.
Either way, I will make a service appointment just to make damn sure.
