Again, the answer is a 991.1 GTS, it'd cost way less than a new GT3 and can still be warrantied by Porsche. Toronto is a hellscape to drive in.

GTS does sound like a great option.
I spent a week in Toronto here recently. I certainly wouldn't consider it to be a car enthusiast hotspot
