Answers in order - no it can't be done under warranty. BMW UK only give an arbitrary goodwill for the first 3000 odd miles, or 3 months of ownership, in terms of an alignment check.
A proper KDS needs to be done, and truly the best place is BMW Battersea (which is where my car goes now). Cost for the KDS is £298 inc VAT, fixed cost. They budget for two hours of labour, but in real terms it will take longer than that. If you want me to help you book it in, let me know - will jump the queue for you!
