If I knew he was drink driving, I would have no qualms about shopping him for no insurance. I'd shop him for drink driving too, but it is harder to prove.
Drink driving + no insurance = bad attitude and accident waiting to happen.
If he and his victim are lucky it will only be property damage instead of putting them in hospital or worse.
