Finally a way for Canadians to track their cars
After no help from dealership, no help from BMW Canada, no help using the US BMW customer service phone numbers or websites I finally found a way to track my car.
I called Wallenius Wilhelmsen directly on their Canadian support phone number +1 201 505 4000. Told them the VIN and they confirmed the car is on the Glovis Companion, arriving September 25th at 8AM.
