I live in Toronto and like you having trouble getting help from dealership and BMW Canada. I called Wallenius Wilhelmsen directly per your information. They asked me for a bill of lading number before they can search by VIN number. I was wondering if you have the bill of lading number. I suspect my 2019 M5 is in the same boat as yours.
