If its the VMAX.. assuming the guys drives it onto the tankers and it takes over a week to get here from SAFR and MUNICH doesnt it mean us American bois will never bypass this lockout of 10 hrs? Sounds like it can only be done within lockout window in the production line.. |
There are a few values in the DME that need to be coded. It is 10 hours of running time so most brand new cars that haven't been with the dealer for too long should have a chance. You'll know as the coded values will stick if you are in the window. If you are out of the window when you refresh you'll see the changes didn't stick. Search for all of the VMAX entries; as I mentioned I have no way of confirming the coding.
