Changeover could mean many things. At the most extreme, it could indicate the replacing of one model for another, or a more likely scenario could simply mean a changeover in available ordering options. IE, adding a comp package.
It makes no sense to exclude a consumer segment by cancelling a model that's already rolling off the assembly line, whether for those seeking a manual option, or simply affordability.
