Dish soap and blue Scotch Brite kitchen sponge can be pretty effective at removing scuff marks. Do not use the green Scotch Brite, it's way too aggressive and will scratch the door badly. If that doesn't remove the scuffs, you could step it up to using some sort of paint scratch remover. I like Meguiar's Scratch X with a microfiber towel. Just rub it on the area with gentle pressure, the product breaks down as it's worked and goes from cutting to polishing. You don't want to work it too much at once or it may leave a shiny spot, just take your time and do multiple passes, most scuffs will come out.
