I couldn't agree more....the more of these types of cars the better. What I was saying is that the car makers respond to what we buy, not the other way round. If everyone started buying Caterhams, Ariels, KTMs etc (to use an extreme example), you can be sure BMW would launch a super-light high performance track car in very short order.
