I have the same issue. I drove an E90 for six years with wood trim that held up so well. It still looked brand new when I sold it this year. My F10 550i on the other hand with Anthracite trim scratches the moment you rub your fingers on it. I can't believe BMW cut corners on this. BMW needs to fire the manufacturer. I should've picked the Aluminum hexagon trim.
