I would assume the rotors weight close to stock to maintain thermal mass. It sounds like you are saying the hats save 0.5 lb, but the pads seem larger, so maybe the total weight savings is around 2-3lbs per corner?

Probably more significant than that - that is a great way to cheat the numbers though - the stock caliper bracket is huge, cast steel, and I am betting pretty heavy.

Rotor weight - also probably a bit less than stock. The 0.5# I referenced was weight savings between these rotors and a PFC Version 1 - both typically a bit lighter than stock.
