I'm running stage 1 tune (bootmod3) and don't have this problem mate.

Mine is the 320i RWD.
The tune on mine takes it from 190bhp to 290bhp.

Sure the ESP light will flicker if I try flooring it in the wet, but not under normal driving conditions
