BMW has said that the x-drive 535i will be available in Europe in September. Expect it may take a month or so to pass all of the US requirements and tests to verify fuel economy, etc. Considering that the 550 was first sold in December in the US, when available in the fall in Eurpoe as a 2010, and this will be considered a 2011, they may wait that long to get it here, but that is just a guess, nothing to back it up.
