I got one, albeit for my 230. Of course, it is the same box. I don't experience jerkiness and there's a clear power increase. However, the power boost is all related to getting the turbo spooled up first where this thing has any effect.
For those who don't know, all it does is trick the computer that boost is lower, so the engine adds boost. There are just the two leads you have to "interrupt." I will likely upgrade later, but it is cheap, works well, and no [known] issues (famous last words, right?).
I do recommend this device for any G42 driver.
