But are those actually resonators by the cross brace? It’s hard to tell from that photo, it looks like the piping may be a little bulged out which could indicate resonators but it could just be a misleading angle.

I always thought the M models, including M lights, didn’t have resonators.
They should be resonators. If you look at the photo you can see the welding starts and ends before and after the "bulge." But even if there aren't any resonators there, an X-pipe or H-pipe should make the exhaust note throatier.
