3M's new tint is called 3M crystalline and is (from the research I did) far and away the best. It replaces the CS as their top end non-metallic tint.
HO makes a very light, almost transparent tint for heat rejection that I think is still unique in the market. I was going to get formula 1 until I learned about the new 3M stuff.
