Maybe i'm missing something? (I've only ever driven manuals)
How can it let you shift faster? you don't depress a clutch fully during a moving shift anyway, only when selecting 1st or reverse from stationary.
I would have thought that raising the stop would just make 1st/reverse stressful for the box due to clutch drag.
