Exactly. He must be an "audiophile" the way he contradicts himself and muddies the water of audio equipment. The last thing anyone needed was more confusion in the audio space.
The sound system is good. Is it as good my Polk R200's pointed at my face?, no. Center channels don't work well in cars because no one sits in the center. But it is a good quality system and not under powered. It has adequate frequency response from low bass and up. You will not get sub-bass from this system (nor do you probably want it).
You get volume and meat in the sound from about 25% power and up. That's solid in my book.
