I was determined to get the M door sills on the car immediately, so I used a flat tool to try and pry out the clips - I got the door sills off, but the grooves that the clips fit into ripped, and the clips stayed in the body. I had to pry them out, and some of the clips broke. I didn't care so much about the stock door sills as I don't think they are going back on, but I may need to remove the M sills sometime in the future.

So the moral of the story is use the right tool. I'm checking around for it now. :thumbup:
