Happy to say that I received a production number from my dealer on 6/29/23. I ordered the car in early March. Supposedly, I will have my new M2 in late August to early September.

If you have a production number, go to
https://www.bmwusa.com/ and create an account, gonto your garage to add a car and put in your production number. It will tell you if you are getting a MY23 or MY24 which would also give an inkling as to delivery date. On Monday, ask your CA or call the Genius line for a production date, that will help determine approximate delivery time.
