Yes/no. Engineering ended up doing ALL the runs yesterday (some other stuff came up late last week so it got pushed to this week). In typical engineering fashion it was decided that to be as accurate as possible we needed to do all the measurements on the same day in same conditions as I guess weather can affect audio measurements or something (air density maybe?). I'm no audiophile so I will just nod my head and agree. Regardless, I am told it will get analyzed and the final comparison data sent to me by tomorrow afternoon. So let's just say I should post something by Friday to play it safe. Engineering "afternoons" and marketing "afternoons" don't typically align very well.
Truth be told today was kind of a wasted day as we were playing with the binaural audio equipment and experimenting with how to effectively integrate it into future marketing videos in addition to what they use it for on the R&D side. So marketing caused the additional day delay. Our bad. =)
