For someone who’s only put 146km on his first manual car, I’d say he’s doing pretty well filming a video and talking his way through the entire thing.

So I get that he’s just parroting the whole rubbery gearshift feel thing, but could someone please explain what exactly is rubbery about a BMW shifter? Between my dearly departed E46 M3 and two E92 335i’s, I probably have 100k miles of seat time behind BMW manuals, and notchy is an adjective I might understand, but they are extremely mechanically engaging…
