my car has been at VOB since before Thanksgiving, althought the damage to my vehicle was pretty severe it still seems like a verry long time especially since they haven't even given me a date when it will be all done. VOB does do a very good job but just because they said they can get you in fast doesn't mean they'll get you out fast...
