Yes, Jack up from the rear jack point on one side, put a jack stand on the front jacking point. then remove the jack. You'll now have access to the front/center jacking point. Once you jack that up, place a jack stand on the opposite side front jack point.

Hi Fran, I didn't have to remove the rear shocks at all for a spring replacement. Sorry.
