The HK stereo on the E46 had great potential.... it had a lot of depth, detail and quality. But as mentioned above this really good speakers were mounted on in such a poor way that they just rattle all the time. Specially the tweeter on the driver's door (my door) rattles like crazy all the time, and the speaker is not broken or anything is just the way is mounted.
The "premium" stereo on my g/fs E90 sounds great... not HK but it doesnt rattle so hopefully it will be the same on the 1er.
