Here’s my hot take:

- F82 looks tuned so need to know more - doubt it’s a stage 1, seems like either a ZCP or possibly a CS level tune based on the results. G8X still wins in the end, which I don’t think will be the case vs a typical stage 1 F8X (480-500hp). Not only did G8X win, it won from behind.
- Slower kickdown + higher boost threshold + more turbo lag is likely the reason why on a roll in comfort, the G8X took a while to switch on (I’d expect to see a similar initial jump from a stock F8X) LBbluem2 this is what I’m talking about regarding boost threshold + turbo lag in your other thread. S55 gets the jump but the top end of S58 reels it in - I think this corroborates your experience with both S55 & S58 in a daily context
